After losing Captain Jermaine Gilliam early in the game, the Falcons earned their first victory of the season. QB Rob Hoke rushed 15 times for 116 yds, 1 TD. Malik Aluqdah added another 71 yds and 1 TD on the ground. Hoke hooked up with Joe Charlemagne on a 12 yd TD pass and Ferris Reed on a 55 yd TD toss. Reed finished with 5 catches for 105 yds. Reed, Charlemagne and Jared Gianfortune all recorded interceptions
 
Sept. 17 Sat 1pm Sheepshead Bay Sheepshead Bay W 34-7
Rob Hoke threw for 216 yds and 2 TDs and Joe Charlemagne had 9 catches for 141 yds to lead the Offense while Mitra Ramson had 2 sacks and 3 fumble recoveries to lead the Defense. Hoke connected with Ferris Reed for a 17 yd score and Steve Coppola for a 16 yd score. Malik Aluqdah ran for 2 TDs. Jermaine Lamont also scored on a 15 yd fumble return. Jared Gianfortune had another interception, while Steve Botta added a fumble recovery.
 
Sept. 24 Sat 12pm Bayside Wagner W 44-14
Malik Aluqdah scored 4 touchdowns to lead the Falcons, 3 rushing and 1 on a fumble recovery, Aluqdah finished with 123 yds rushing. Rob Hoke ran for 91 yds and Leo Hall also ran for 91 yds and 1 TD. Hoke also hit Ferris Reed for a 42 yd TD reception. Aluqdah, Mike Madigan, Jose Hernandez and Armhal Laboard led the Defense in holding Bayside to just 15 yds rushing. Steve Botta, Troy Coaxum and Madigan all recorded interceptions.
 
Oct. 1 Sat 12pm Brooklyn Tech Wagner W 22-16
Joe Charlemage returned a punt 90 yds for a TD and caught a 5 yd pass for another score as the Falcons won again. Malik Aluqdah added a 47 yd TD run and finished with 96 yds rushing on the day. Donyell Phillips recorded an interception.
 
Oct. 9 Sun 1pm New Dorp New Dorp W 30-20
Malik Aluqdah rushed for 152 yds and 1 TD to lead the Falcons to another solid win. Rob Hoke rushed for 2 TD's and threw a 8 yd TD pass to Joe Charlemagne. The Falcons rolled up a total of 276 yds on the ground behind the solid line play of Tommy Morelli, Sean Johnson, Mike Madigan, Mitra Ramson and Anthony James. Aluqdah also added an interception.
 
Oct. 16 Sun 12pm Pt. Richmond Wagner W 42-26
Malik Aluqdah rushed for 193 yds and 4 TDs on runs of 13, 29, 2 and 29 yards. Rob Hoke connected with Ferris Reed on a 21 yd TD pass and Joe Charlemagne added a 3 yd TD run. Charlemagne and Jared Gianfortune both had interceptions and Donyell Phillips had a fumble recovery.
 
Oct. 22 Sat 1pm August Martin August Martin W 34-6
Rob Hoke connected on 12 of 18 passes for 164 yds and ran for 1 TD as the Falcons jumped out early and never looked back. Malik Aluqdah rushed for 92 yds and 3 TDs. Ferris Reed had a great all around game- catching 3 passes and recovering 2 fumbles- one of which he ran back for a 32 yd score. Troy Coaxum added 2 interceptions.
 
Oct. 29 Sat 1pm Curtis Wagner W 22-8
The Falcons dominated Curtis and just missed throwing a shutout when the Warriors scored with 49 seconds left. Rob Hoke threw for 165 yds and 3 TDs. Ferris Reed caught 2 TD passes (46 & 23 yds) and Joe Charlemagne had 3 catches for 96 yds, 1 TD(63 yds). Malik Aluqdah rushed for 153 yds. Troy Coaxum recorded another interception.
 
Nov. 6 Sun 1pm Tottenville Wagner W 26-20
Ferris Reed had a 90 yd kickoff return for a TD and a 19 yd yard TD reception, which was set up by his 46 yd interception, to give the Falcons their 9th Island Championship in the last 10 years. Malik Aluqdah rushed for 128 yds and 1 TD. Rob Hoke had a 5 yd TD run. Mike Madigan also recorded an interception. Today's game put Aluqdah over the 1,000 yard mark. The win also give the Falcons the number 1 seed in the playoffs.

The top-seeded Falcons earned a buy for the first round. Playoffs will begin next week.
         
Playoff Quarter Final
Nov. 18 Sat 12pm Curtis Wagner W 32-22
The Falcons eliminated Curtis after great performances by Malik Aluqdah and Rob Hoke. Aluqdah rushed for 193 yds and 2 TDs, while Hoke ran for 102 yds and 1 TD. Hoke also connected with Joe Charlemagne on a 17 yd TD strike. Ferris Reed also turned in a great game with a 81 yd kickoff return for a TD and an interception.
 
Playoff Semi Final
Nov. 25 Sat 12pm Lincoln Wagner W 30-7
Malik Aluqdah had 119 yds rushing, 2 TDs and Rob Hoke added 109 rushing yds, 1 TD to lead the Falcons into their 6th City Championship in the last 10 years. Joe Charlemagne opened up the scoring with 82 yd interception for a TD and the Falcons never looked back. The Defense was led by a solid rotating line play from Armhal Laboard, Mitra Ramson, Jose Hernandez, John Narvaez, Louis Riaolo and Pasquale Fusco.
 
CITY CHAMPIONSHIP
Dec. 2 Sun 10am Kennedy Columbia U. W 32-31

In what many called the greatest high school football game they have ever seen, Joe Charlemagne dove in the end zone for the 2 point conversion to give the Falcons a one point lead. "The Drive" went 65 yards and had the Falcons looking at two 4th down situations. It started with 5:01 remaining and ended with 1:07 left (See below for a full recap). Rob Hoke threw for 263 yds and 4 TDs, while also rushing for 65 yds. Ferris Reed caught 5 passes for 123 yds, 3 TDs and Steve Coppola had 4 catches for 61 yds, and the final TD. Beside Charlemagne's amazing conversion dive, he finished with 3catches for 56 yds. The win gives the Falcons their 6th City Championship in the last 10 years. The Undefeated Falcons finished #3 in the New York State Poll.

 • 2 point conversion: Hoke fakes to Aluqdah up the middle and pitches to Charlemagne coming around end from his WR position, who goes left and dives into the endzone for 2 points. Wagner leads, 32-31!!!
