The Falcons trailed 14-0 at halftime, but got it rolling in the second half to come back and win. Joe Yofreddo was 8-12 for 213 yds and 2TD. WR Elliot Smith caught a screen and connected with Gary Ham for a 42 yd TD. Ham finished with 4 receptions for 89 yds and 2TD. Ramael Myers caught 2 passes for 92 yds.
 
Sept. 18 Sat 1pm Bayside Wagner W 34-0
The Wagner defense posted it's first shutout of the season. Ryan Bennett caught 3 passes for 144 yds and 1 TD. Ramel Myers rushed 12 times for 77 yds. Troy McDonald hauled in a 43 yd pass from back up QB Arben Selmani for a TD. Gary Ham recorded an interception
 
Sept. 24 Fri 7pm Kennedy Kennedy W 20-8
The Falcons dominated Kennedy in front of a jam-packed crowd under the lights. Ramael Myers broke loose for 156 yds and 2TD while running circles around and plowing through the Kennedy defense. Ryan Bennett finished with 3 catches for 50 yds and Joe Yofreddo had an all around great game.
 
Oct. 3 Sun 12pm Lehman Clinton W 48-6
Ramael Myers had another big day carrying 20 times for 175 yds and he also threw a 63 yd TD to Gary Ham. Chad Gordon carried 6 times for 52 yds and 2TD. Ham finishes with 2 catches for 125 yds, while Ryan Bennett had one receiving TD and 1 punt return for a TD.
 
Oct. 9 Sat 1pm Curtis Wagner L 6-16
Joe Yofreddo scored on a 6 yd TD run and Ramael Myers ran for 64 yards as Wagner lost to Curtis for the first time in eight years.
 
Oct. 16 Sat 1pm Pt. Richmond Wagner W 60-8
The Falcons bounced back with a vengeance by completely dominating the Red Raiders on both sides of the ball. Ryan Bennet scored 3TD- 14 yd TD reception, 26 yd fumble return and an amazing 94 yd interception return. Ramael Myers carried 18 times for 169 yds and 3 TD in less than three quarters of work. Gray Ham had 2 TD, one on an 86 yd punt return. Bennet was named the MSG/Daily News Tri-State Athlete of the Week.
 
Oct. 24 Sun 1pm South Shore South Shore W 40-0
Ramael Myers rushed for a career high 235 yds. and 3 TD. The defense,led by Craig Browne, Jarrell Carroll,Ray Nelson and Tee Varvaro, gave up a total 47 yds. Chad Gordon rushed for 1 TD and Ryan Bennett had one as well plus a TD reception.
 
Oct. 30 Sat 12pm New Dorp New Dorp W 36-0
Jarrell Carroll and Tee Varvaro led a stifling defense that shut out the Centrals. Ramael Myers rushed for 161 yds. and 2 TD. Ryan Bennett caught and ran for another TD.
 
Nov. 7 Sun 1pm Tottenville Tottenville W 50-12
Ramael Myers ran wild for 276 yds. and accounted for 36 of the Falcon's 50 points. Joe Yoffredo ran 6 times for 81 yds. The Defense forced 5 fumbles and recovered all 5, with Ray Nelson picking up 2 of them. Lee Boos had 2 sacks, with Jarrell Carroll and Craig Browne recording one each. Myers was named the MSG/Daily News Tri-State Athlete of the Week.
 
First Round Of Playoffs
Nov. 13 Sat 12pm Columbus Wagner W 50-0
The Falcons recorded their 2nd straight 50 point outing. Ramael Myers ran for 184 yds and TD, virtually all in the first half. Elliot Smith hit Gary Ham for a 45 yd TD pass on a wide receiver screen pass. Ham also returned an interception for a TD.
 
Playoff Quarter Final
Nov. 20 Sat 12pm DeWitt Clinton Wagner W 36-0
Ramael Myers had another great game, rushing for 189 yds and 4 TD. Chad Gordon rushed 10 times for 52 yds. The Falcons have outscored opponents 268-20 over the last 6 games with Ramael Myers and the offensive line of Sean Drier, Anthony Incontro, Sami Causevic, Craig Browne and Ismael Lopez being unstoppable.
 
Playoff Semi Final
Nov. 27 Sat 12pm Canarsie Wagner W 30-28
Ryan Bennett had 2 huge interceptions to help the Falcons register the come from behind victory against the much bigger Chiefs. Bennett also had 7 carries for 47 yds and a TD. Ramael Myers ran for 149 yds and a TD. The win put puts Wagner in the City Championship for the 5th time this decade.
 
CITY CHAMPIONSHIP
Dec. 4 Sun 10am Curtis Midwood L 22-26

Although playing a great game, the Falcons ran out of time on their comeback bid. After and unbleivable first quarter, four play goal line stand by the Falcon defense that ended with a fumble recovery in the end zone by Ryan Bennett, Curtis was able to stay in it and eventually pull away. Ramael Myers finished as the Island's All Time Scoring Leader and finished second as the All Time Leading Rusher, while smashing school records for both categories.
